I love making “sauce”- and at my house Pasta is always on the menu. This one is Simple, Delicious and Spicy. It is a take on “arrabiata” which is just simply “spicy.” There is a controversial twist but I think it’s worth it- the addition of Chili Crunch. (don’t hate me, just try it)
I usually make a base pomodoro sauce that is sitting around in my fridge whenever I’m hungry and I need something quick and delicious. That base sauce always goes into so many directions but it still remains close to home and is recognizable.
