This is an extremely crushable sandwich. Salty, Crunchy yet soft and tangy. I made this at the beginning of summer but it’s one you can make all year long and it still hits so hard. I have a crush on mortadella and if she ever left me I wouldn’t know what to do with myself. Sear a fat steak of mortadella and it turns into something special, matched with the “shredduce” (shredded lettuce), slutty mustard and pickles. You won’t regret this I promise.
