A classique- I love simple food that is approachable. I want meals that makes you warm on the inside, like someone loves you. Solid technique, balanced flavors and for me that ratatouille moment. A one true one pan dish and we love that. Long day? I got you it’s easy. Serve this to someone who’s having a bad day and you might just make it better (EVEN IF THAT PERSON IS YOU).
I think the superior way to eat this is with a loaf of bread on the side to soak up all the sauce. Or do what I did and serve it with the Simple Pastry Dough (linked below).
